The Book of Hope and Change (Chapter 1)

This is a late night post for all of the political junkies out here,  there are some key tenets that we will discuss in length tomorrow.  i apologize for the delays and spelling errors earlier, the obama nation has a lot of influence especially around those I am around everyday, we going to include music tomorrow, some video, we are going to start showing and playing obama speeches, and get back down to business.

good night, just now got back to work.

FOR TWO WEEKS, OBAMA, ALL DAY, EVERY DAY.

Hello America,

Alas! a new book, we learned to look at truths we face every day through Kayne's eyes.  We just ordinary people trying to live that good life but it seems at times the choices we have to make render us heartless, but wait until we get out money right, won't be just Jesus walking up to us showing love.

Real Talk Productions, screw winning, we conquering, hearts, bodies and mind every day.

We putting in work.

Today, I had to change the post time regardless.  See there is a lot of distractions if you will from my family, from Delmar and his family.  It is weird and so totally ironic that these two parties blame each other for doing precisely what they accuse the other side of doing: trying to provoke me.  We are going to introduce new book, break down Obama's speech, have a formal response by myself, tell a little story and we out......

Today we enter the book of hope and change a complete and thorough analysis of Obama's administration.  For campaign season, nah..............So you America, can see is it worth it having Obama in office because we all know he ain't got the paperwork.  I am going to use this book to show the lies that hope and change have involved, the scam for what it is and how gop/tea party principles can restore hope in our country that the corruption and influence of human traffickers flooding our country with illegal immigrants, radical Muslims and socialists can be stopped and defeated and freedom, faith and fellowship can reign supreme.

If you checked out @tmims50, twitter check it out, follow me, i'll follow you.  I predicted that somehow, some way, it would all fall back to Bush.  See the race card of the white man has denied us a black president has been played.......to force race at this point, brings Allen West and Herman Cain to the mix, and Obama can't have that.  Their dedication to this country and our way of life is unquestioned.  They have all of their paperwork.

So what other card does Barack have?  Blame Bush b/c a lot of you all know you voted for Obama b/c he wasn't Bush.  Didn't matter about McCain and that's the only card that Obama has left.

So to help our wayward brother in Barack, we are going to dedicate A TOTAL BOOK TO HIM, EACH AND EVERY DAY UP UNTIL EASTER AND ON EASTER AS WELL.  WE ARE GOING TO ANALYZE SOME FACET OF HOPE AND CHANGE.  Just like as obvious as it is with Michelle Obama and Jill Biden visiting troops in Hispanic democratic rich San Antonio pandering to them, it will just as obvious by the end of the book,

that it is okay.  WE CAN KICK HIM OUT, WE CAN GO AHEAD AND DISQUALIFY HIM, NOT HIS BLACK HALF, NOR HIS WHITE HALF, BUT  HIS INCOMPETENT WHOLE.

Let's go..........Raw unadulterated Barack Obama, his words only, unless Bush is typing on the teleprompter as well.

Today's budget speech, you know how we do, at Real Talk Productions......., it's not just me anymore.

I go and comment throughout the speech.

Good afternoon.  It’s great to be back at GW.  I want you to know that one of the reasons I kept the government open was so I could be here today with all of you.  I wanted to make sure you had one more excuse to skip class.  You’re welcome.
I don't know what all hope and change bought, but let's hope for your sake Mr. Obama, you get a better speech writer.....You didn't keep the government open, boo boo, folk like me did b/c if Pence, and Bachmann and Pauls(just b/c I am not a fan, rand or ron paul, don't mean that I don't respect your love, your dedication to fiscal sanity)....you would be sitting at home worrying about your unemployment check.......

Oh.....my staff reminded me that you wrote a provision where you could get your checks, THE TROOPS COULDN'T THOUGH.......DID YOU ALL THINK THAT THE TROOPS WOULDN'T SEE MICHELLE AND JILL IN RICH DEMOCRATIC HISPANIC SAN ANTONIO BUT ANYTHING BUT A BLATANT ATTEMPT TO SAY SORRY, OUR HUSBANDS PUT YOU ALL OUT AS LEVERAGE FOR JUST 40 billion in cuts......
I am so going to love this book.

Of course, what we’ve been debating here in Washington for the last few weeks will affect your lives in ways that are potentially profound.  This debate over budgets and deficits is about more than just numbers on a page, more than just cutting and spending.  It’s about the kind of future we want.  It’s about the kind of country we believe in.  And that’s what I want to talk about today.

Actually, you are right, Mr. Obama, this is more about cutting and spending, it is about the future we want for our children, for generations to come.

From our first days as a nation, we have put our faith in free markets and free enterprise as the engine of America’s wealth and prosperity.  More than citizens of any other country, we are rugged individualists, a self-reliant people with a healthy skepticism of too much government.
I don't know what they taught you in Jakarta, BUT ONCE AGAIN, BARACK.......YOU KNOW IT'S GROWN MEN AND WOMEN OVER HERE.........We peep the sarcasm of your healthy skepticism like that South African dude peeped past Tigers for the masters...
But there has always been another thread running throughout our history – a belief that we are all connected; and that there are some things we can only do together, as a nation.  We believe, in the words of our first Republican president, Abraham Lincoln, that through government, we should do together what we cannot do as well for ourselves.  And so we’ve built a strong military to keep us secure, and public schools and universities to educate our citizens.  We’ve laid down railroads and highways to facilitate travel and commerce.  We’ve supported the work of scientists and researchers whose discoveries have saved lives, unleashed repeated technological revolutions, and led to countless new jobs and entire industries.  Each of us has benefited from these investments, and we are a more prosperous country as a result.
Lincoln was the first of in a lot of ways........You know that reference to log cabins ain't about where he stayed.......do I need to expound?  I thought not.  There was  a strong military before lincoln, see Washington and them were on the battlefield, not writing thesis on how to disarm us like yourself.  Boy, you just like verbal herpes, can you not ask for money without mentioning infrastructure jobs which we all know are worked by illegal  immigrants and shady, treasonous legal contractors, can you not ask for money without mentioning science WHICH IS CODE WORD, NAHH........YOU AIN'T GOTTA SPEAKA NO ENGLISH, JUST KILL ON THE GRE MATH PART SO THAT WE CAN GET YOU A STUDENT VISAS, AND CONTINUE TO NOT EMPLOY THE THOUSANDS OF LEGAL AMERICAN STUDENTS WHO ARE JUST AS QUALIFIED AND SADDLED WITH STUDENT Loans......

while hope and change works on creating dream acts and such.  THAT AIN'T WHAT ALL WE BENEFITED FROM.  THE SWEAT, TEARS, AND YEARS FROM SLAVES........BLACK AND IRISH BUILT THIS COUNTRY LITERALLY.  AND ALTHOUGH THEY MAY NOT BE AS"educated" as you lie about, THEIR SACRIFICES FROM PICKING CROPS TO BUILDING ROADS TO HAVING THE AUDACITY TO CONTINUE TO BELIEVE IN AMERICA, WHEN AMERICA DIDN'T BELIEVE IN THEM IS MORE OF WHAT PROVIDED A COUNTRY FOR YOU TO RAPE, PILLAGE AND DEFAME.........

#berespectful.
Part of this American belief that we are all connected also expresses itself in a conviction that each one of us deserves some basic measure of security.  We recognize that no matter how responsibly we live our lives, hard times or bad luck, a crippling illness or a layoff, may strike any one of us.  “There but for the grace of God go I,” we say to ourselves, and so we contribute to programs like Medicare and Social Security, which guarantee us health care and a measure of basic income after a lifetime of hard work; unemployment insurance, which protects us against unexpected job loss; and Medicaid, which provides care for millions of seniors in nursing homes, poor children, and those with disabilities.  We are a better country because of these commitments.  I’ll go further – we would not be a great country without those commitments.
That's why we bear arms, you know the same arms you trying to take with your little state of the emergency act in case of a government shut down.  There but for the grace of God, go I.  did you read the part about obeying the laws of man, like our rules about being qualified to run, immigration rules, ethical rules........Don't defame, ANY AMERICAN BY PUTTING THE BIBLE IN NO DISCUSSION ABOUT ENTITLEMENTS.
I'M OFFENDED FOR MY NON-CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AND SISTERS, BE IT MUSLIMS OR THOSE WHO WORSHIP THE KOOL-AID MAN.  no shame............Ain't nobody guaranteed nobody no health care in this country.......YOU SURE YOU TALKING ABOUT AMERICA?  WE PROMISE THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS......

WHICH MEANS GET YOUR BUTT UP AND GET YOUR OWN.  The new deal ended up being a raw deal, and hell no you can't tell me the degradation of black family structure and other minorities is worth, you all getting a social security check.  OUR COUNTRY WASN'T BUILT ON THAT, IT WAS SOME SOCIALIST MESS THAT CAME UP IN THE MIDDLE HALF OF LAST CENTURY.  SOCIAL JUSTICE REMOVED THE INCENTIVE WORK, AND INCREASED THE INCENTIVE TO OPEN YOUR LEGS, HAVE BABIES BY ANYBODY BUT A HUSBAND.......maybe if you were from here, you would know that.
For much of the last century, our nation found a way to afford these investments and priorities with the taxes paid by its citizens.  As a country that values fairness, wealthier individuals have traditionally born a greater share of this burden than the middle class or those less fortunate.  This is not because we begrudge those who’ve done well – we rightly celebrate their success.  Rather, it is a basic reflection of our belief that those who have benefited most from our way of life can afford to give a bit more back.  Moreover, this belief has not hindered the success of those at the top of the income scale, who continue to do better and better with each passing year.
Yeah, these were paid for programs when it just paid for legal American citizens to get the benefits, but how can you say ONE WORD.......WHEN YOU STOP WORKPLACE RAIDS, REFUSE TO INVESTIGATE THE DOCUMENTED BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN MEDICARE, MEDICAID, SEC 8(A) AND WELFARE FRAUD.

WE DON'T VALUE FAIRNESS, you really are off the boat, huh? WE VALUE WINNING......WE NUMBER ONE.  AND FREEDOM AIN'T FREE AND NOR IS IT FAIR.  STOP HATING ON RICH PEOPLE......NOW B/C YOU GOT SOME DOLLARS IN YOUR POCKET ON TAX PAYER'S EXPENSE, IT'S COOL TO GIVE UP MONEY. I know you can't be from here, nor the ghetto b/c if you were, you would know AIN'T NEVER ENOUGH MONEY TO GIVE YOUR WEALTH TO SOMEONE ELSE.
Now, at certain times – particularly during periods of war or recession – our nation has had to borrow money to pay for some of our priorities.  And as most families understand, a little credit card debt isn’t going to hurt if it’s temporary.
We American, WE DON'T USE CREDIT CARDS TO PAY NO DARN BILLS, NOT UNTIL WILLIAM JEFFERSON CLINTON CAME IN.  WE USE CREDIT CARDS TO BUY THINGS WE DON'T NEED........THIS NOT JAKARTA, THIS AMERICA.  I KNOW YOU DON'T KNOW, I AM JUST SHOWING THE WORLD HOW FRESH OFF THE BOAT YOU REALLY ARE.  HOPE AND CHANGE JUST THE GIFT THAT KEEPS ON GIVING.  I KNOW THAT'S HOW YOU HOPE WE WILL CHANGE......BUT WE DON'T WANT JOBS, BOO BOO, WE WANT CAREERS, 2 WEEK VACATIONS AND PRIVATE EMPLOYERS....SO WE DON'T BURDEN OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS.
But as far back as the 1980s, America started amassing debt at more alarming levels, and our leaders began to realize that a larger challenge was on the horizon.  They knew that eventually, the Baby Boom generation would retire, which meant a much bigger portion of our citizens would be relying on programs like Medicare, Social Security, and possibly Medicaid.  Like parents with young children who know they have to start saving for the college years, America had to start borrowing less and saving more to prepare for the retirement of an entire generation.
SO YOU CAN'T BE LIKE REAGAN SO NOW IT'S TIME TO DOG HIM HUH.  YOU PART OF THE BABY BOOMERS DON'T FRONT.  YOU SAY YOU WAS ON CRACK RIGHT, THEN RIGHT ALONG WITH THE REST OF THE ADDICTS IN THE 80'S, WE ALL KNOW WHERE THE MONEY WENT.  it's Reagan's fault b/c folk started moving keys on another level??
To meet this challenge, our leaders came together three times during the 1990s to reduce our nation’s deficit.  They forged historic agreements that required tough decisions made by the first President Bush and President Clinton; by Democratic Congresses and a Republican Congress.  All three agreements asked for shared responsibility and shared sacrifice, but they largely protected the middle class, our commitments to seniors, and key investments in our future.

Bush let us look like a fool in Baghdad by running away, Clinton legalized social justice WITH THE HELP OF NEWT GINGRICH I MIGHT ADD, REWARDING SINGLE MOTHERS WITH HOUSING IN NEIGHBORHOODS THEY COULD NEVER AFFORD ON THEIR OWN AND PUT TEENAGERS OUT OF BUSINESS.  THEY DIDN'T PROTECT NOTHING, THESE INDIVIDUALS YOU SPEAK OF, HELPED TO REMOVE THE VALUES OF HARD WORK AND EARNING THINGS THAT MADE THE AMERICAN MIDDLE CLASS SOMETHING THE WORLD USED TO ADMIRE..

As a result of these bipartisan efforts, America’s finances were in great shape by the year 2000. We went from deficit to surplus.  America was actually on track to becoming completely debt-free, and we were prepared for the retirement of the Baby Boomers.
Did Bill write most of this part or did you all just go back through Dick Morris's old notes?  AMERICA DON'T HAVE TO PREPARE THE RETIREMENT OF BABY BOOMERS.  THAT'S ON BABY BOOMERS, AMERICA'S RESPONSIBILITY FIRST AND FOREMOST IS TO THOSE WHO ARE NOT HERE, THAT'S WHY WE DON'T SPEND TRILLIONS ON BS SHOVEL READY PROJECTS AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO ASK FOR SOME MORE B/C "RICH" FOLK IS BAD.....
what's rich?
But after Democrats and Republicans committed to fiscal discipline during the 1990s, we lost our way in the decade that followed.  We increased spending dramatically for two wars and an expensive prescription drug program – but we didn’t pay for any of this new spending.  Instead, we made the problem worse with trillions of dollars in unpaid-for tax cuts – tax cuts that went to every millionaire and billionaire in the country; tax cuts that will force us to borrow an average of $500 billion every year over the next decade.
It's bush's fault, it's bush's fault, it's bush's fault, it's bush's fault, it's bush's fault, EVEN THOUGH YOU SIGNED THE BUSH TAX CREDITS AND RENAMED THEM AND WAS PROUD TO DO IT, BREAKING THE BACKS OF TELEVISION ACTORS NATIONWIDE BY HAVING A PRIME TIME PRESS CONFERENCE......in the end, it's bush's fault.

WASN'T ALL THAT HARVARD EDUCATION, AND VAST SENATE EXPERIENCE OF YOURS AND JOE BIDEN SUPPOSED TO CHANGE ALL THAT AND GIVE US FISCAL HOPE FOR THE FUTURE #justsaying.......You been in office like 2 years, or is Bush hiding under the desk?
To give you an idea of how much damage this caused to our national checkbook, consider this:  in the last decade, if we had simply found a way to pay for the tax cuts and the prescription drug benefit, our deficit would currently be at low historical levels in the coming years.

Do you not see the absurdity of your words, Mr. Obama?  Are you high?  If you knew all this, then why Obamacare, why cap and trade, why dodd-frank, why did you take that no point loan from countrywide when your citizens were getting thrown out on the streets.  we could be at historical levels now if we get folk like your illegal relatives out of jobs and homes that legal American citizens deserve.

Of course, that’s not what happened.  And so, by the time I took office, we once again found ourselves deeply in debt and unprepared for a Baby Boom retirement that is now starting to take place.  When I took office, our projected deficit was more than $1 trillion.  On top of that, we faced a terrible financial crisis and a recession that, like most recessions, led us to temporarily borrow even more.  In this case, we took a series of emergency steps that saved millions of jobs, kept credit flowing, and provided working families extra money in their pockets.  It was the right thing to do, but these steps were expensive, and added to our deficits in the short term.
YOU SAID, YOU WOULD HAVE FLIPPED THE MONEY BY NOW.  WHERE IS ERIC BOLLING OR BRIT HUME?  LOOK IT UP, I KNOW MR. BOLLING GOT A NOTECARD, YOU SAID IF WE GAVE YOU ALL THE MONEY YOU COULD FLIP IT BACK.  AND FOR THE RECORD, BABY BOY, MY GENERATION AIN'T WORRIED ABOUT BABY BOOMERS.

YOU ALL HAD THE JOBS AND THE COUNTRY TO YOURSELVES, YOU EMPOWERED ILLEGALS BEFORE YOUR OWN PEOPLE. TALKING ABOUT BABY BOOMERS TO US WHO WILL NOT GET NO BENEFITS, HAVE TO SHARE EVERYJOB WITH EVERYNUT HERE AND ABROAD WITH THIS INTERNET CRAP.......THE MORE YOU SAY BABY BOOMER, THE MORE PEOPLE LIKE ME WHOSE BACKS YOU ALL LIVE OFF OF, SAY THEY HAD THEIRS.....I NEED MINES.
So that’s how our fiscal challenge was created.  This is how we got here.  And now that our economic recovery is gaining strength, Democrats and Republicans must come together and restore the fiscal responsibility that served us so well in the 1990s.  We have to live within our means, reduce our deficit, and get back on a path that will allow us to pay down our debt.  And we have to do it in a way that protects the recovery, and protects the investments we need to grow, create jobs, and win the future.
Is the straight in your hand, live within our means, and your shorty spent 75k a day in Spain, invest in jobs when you gave the gulf to Brazil or Mexico?  Chi-town.........where you all getting Barack that drop(really good crack) from?  Send some keys down here, let us all make some money b/c if it has this dude this delusional, I know it will kill on the streets (sarcasm, folk)

Now, before I get into how we can achieve this goal, some of you might be wondering, “Why is this so important?  Why does this matter to me?”
Nobody asking that question, but probably those illegal immigrants you keep supporting with our tax dollars...
Here’s why.  Even after our economy recovers, our government will still be on track to spend more money than it takes in throughout this decade and beyond.  That means we’ll have to keep borrowing more from countries like China.  And that means more of your tax dollars will go toward paying off the interest on all the loans we keep taking out.  By the end of this decade, the interest we owe on our debt could rise to nearly $1 trillion.  Just the interest payments.
No, boo boo, here is some hope and change I know I can look forward to.  WE AIN'T BORROWING NO MORE MONEY.  THIS IS IT.  WE NOT GOING AND SENDING OUR CHILDREN OUR WOMBS INTO FISCAL SLAVERY BEHIND YOU AND SOME CZARS OR SOME BEE KEEPERS OR WHATEVER HUSTLE YOU GOT PLANNED NEXT.  WE AIN'T GOTTA BORROW NOTHING FROM NOBODY.  INVESTIAGE THIS FRAUD THAT IS BEING AIDED AND ABETTED THROUGH FEDERAL ENTITIES LIKE THE POST OFFICE, THE LACK OF ENFORCEMENT IN ICE AND IMMIGRATION.......AND LEGALIZE.......MEDICINAL MARIJUANA, WE'LL BE FREE AND CLEAR AS A NATION IN TWO YEARS....TOPS..
Then, as the Baby Boomers start to retire and health care costs continue to rise, the situation will get even worse.  By 2025, the amount of taxes we currently pay will only be enough to finance our health care programs, Social Security, and the interest we owe on our debt.  That’s it.  Every other national priority – education, transportation, even national security – will have to be paid for with borrowed money.

love my parents to death, but they had their turn.  NO BOO BOO, WE WILL NOT USE CHINA'S MONEY TO PAY FOR OUR MILITARY.  ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS CUT LIKE PETER KING AND OTHER PATRIOTS HAVE MENTIONED, STOP PAYING FOR THESE IMANS TO GO VISIT IRAN ON OUR DOLLARS, STOP LETTING FOLK LIKE YOU START WARS WITHOUT CONGRESSIONAL APPROVAL, BACKDOORING US TO GIVE AL-QUEDA WEAPONS......WE STRAIGHT.......

WE'LL CUT OFF EVERY ENTITLEMENT WE HAVE, BEFORE WE LET CHINA PAY FOR OUR MILITARY.  UNLIKE YOU, I ONLY LIKE BEING RAN IN BED......NOT WHEN IT COMES TO SECURITY.  sorry...these your words boo boo, I told you today would be about you, you chose to come with this crap anyway.

Ultimately, all this rising debt will cost us jobs and damage our economy.  It will prevent us from making the investments we need to win the future.  We won’t be able to afford good schools, new research, or the repair of roads and bridges – all the things that will create new jobs and businesses here in America.  Businesses will be less likely to invest and open up shop in a country that seems unwilling or unable to balance its books.  And if our creditors start worrying that we may be unable to pay back our debts, it could drive up interest rates for everyone who borrows money – making it harder for businesses to expand and hire, or families to take out a mortgage.
Kind of like shutting down drilling, refusing to deport illegal immigrants, refusing to highlight ethical nightmares like Maxine Waters and Charlie rangle, kind of like that.  WE CAN AFFORD SCHOOLS AND STUFF NOW, JUST NOT THE MILLIONS OF ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT CHILDREN AND ANCHOR BABIES THAT ATTEND THEM.

SCREW OUR CREDITORS........SORRY, YOU KNOW HOW MANY AVERAGE CALLS FROM BILL COLLECTORS THE AVERAGE AMERICAN GETS WHILE YOU GETTING TAN LINES IN BRAZIL. JUST B/C YOU CAN'T SAY IT, DON'T MEAN WE CAN HOPE WE GET SOME CHANGE IN THE WHITE HOUSE.......LET SOMEBODY WITH A BACKBONE TELL CHINA AND THE FED, THE SAME THING WE SAY.

Nah.........we ain't got it..........Nah..........I don't know when we going to get it.........And yeah, I wish you would try to run up in here and take it.  that's the kind of hope and change I'm looking for.
The good news is, this doesn’t have to be our future.  This doesn’t have to be the country we leave to our children.  We can solve this problem.  We came together as Democrats and Republicans to meet this challenge before, and we can do it again.

Wasn't that the premise of hope and change in 2008?  We didn't come together, the republicans folded and you wonder why the tea party whopped everyone's ass (sorry) November 2010.  We ain't having it.........  It won't be the country we will leave our children, we will get it straight, by showing hope and change for the broke hustler's anthem it is.

But that starts by being honest about what’s causing our deficit.  You see, most Americans tend to dislike government spending in the abstract, but they like the stuff it buys.  Most of us, regardless of party affiliation, believe that we should have a strong military and a strong defense.  Most Americans believe we should invest in education and medical research.  Most Americans think we should protect commitments like Social Security and Medicare.  And without even looking at a poll, my finely honed political skills tell me that almost no one believes they should be paying higher taxes.
Most of the people can afford to live without government benefits didn't vote for you, most of the people who can't afford to live without government benefits did vote for you.  It's real simple.  College and learning and research ain't going to stop b/c pell grants do.  You think Pepperdine's money is going to stop.  You think GlaxoSmithKline going to stop investing b/c of you?  BABY, THIS IS AMERICA, PROFITS SERVE AS MOTIVATION,.......

your finely honed political skills.......huh?  and yet you still don't have the sense to show your long form.....negro please. and yes, I am black on both halves and qualified to say it.
Because all this spending is popular with both Republicans and Democrats alike, and because nobody wants to pay higher taxes, politicians are often eager to feed the impression that solving the problem is just a matter of eliminating waste and abuse –that tackling the deficit issue won’t require tough choices.  Or they suggest that we can somehow close our entire deficit by eliminating things like foreign aid, even though foreign aid makes up about 1% of our entire budget.
You right about that, the corruption that houses and keeps illegal immigrants here is funded by renigers on both sides, the murkowski's, the mccain's, the byah's, the scott browns.  THAT'S THE TEA PARTY MAKING FOLK SIGN PAPERWORK NOW, B/C SMALL STEPS FOR ENERGY OR NOT, THAT TREASONOUS BEHAVIOR FROM FOLK  LIKE LISA MURKOWSKI GOING TO RESULT IN SOME EAST LAWN LOVE THIS CAMPAIGN TIME.  FOREIGN AID MAY JUST BE 1% OF OUR BUDGET, BUT IT'S A START.  MAYBE IF WE CAN CUT YOUR TEE TIMES DOWN AND YOUR WIFE'S TRAVEL PLANS, WE CAN START GETTING INTO SOME REAL CUTS.
So here’s the truth.  Around two-thirds of our budget is spent on Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, and national security.  Programs like unemployment insurance, student loans, veterans’ benefits, and tax credits for working families take up another 20%.  What’s left, after interest on the debt, is just 12 percent for everything else. That’s 12 percent for all of our other national priorities like education and clean energy; medical research and transportation; food safety and keeping our air and water clean.

AND B/C OF THAT ENTITLEMENT REFORM WILL BE IN ANY DEAL ABOUT RAISING THE DEBT CEILING, 2 OUT OF THE THREE DOLLARS MY GENERATION GIVES YOU THROUGH TAXES IS FUNDING SOMETHING WE AIN'T GOING TO GET.  YOU WERE THE MORON THAT DECIDED TO PAY UNEMPLOYMENT FOR FIVE YEARS, THAT'S ON YOU.  DON'T EVEN MENTION VETS TO ME, WHEN IN THE EYE OF A SHUTDOWN, YOU MADE SURE YOU WERE PAID AND LEFT OUR MILITARY STRANDED........
NO SERVICE MAN OR WOMAN SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO SALUTE YOU.

TRAITOR....LET ME GO ON BEFORE I GET UPSET.  NAH.........THIS AIN'T YOUR CHANCE TO CHANGE AMERICA, OBAMA.  IF YOU WANTED TO DO THAT, YOU SHOULD HAVE STAYED THE COMMUNITY ORGANIZER, HUSTLER, WHATEVER YOU WERE .....b/c we can't document nothing.

Up until now, the cuts proposed by a lot of folks in Washington have focused almost exclusively on that 12%.  But cuts to that 12% alone won’t solve the problem.  So any serious plan to tackle our deficit will require us to put everything on the table, and take on excess spending wherever it exists in the budget.  A serious plan doesn’t require us to balance our budget overnight – in fact, economists think that with the economy just starting to grow again, we will need a phased-in approach – but it does require tough decisions and support from leaders in both parties.  And above all, it will require us to choose a vision of the America we want to see five and ten and twenty years down the road.
A SERIOUS FISCAL PLAN DOES INVOLVE A BUDGET, BUT I FORGOT, I AM TALKING TO A DUDE WHO NEVER HAD TO WORK A JOB TO FEED HIS FAMILY.  YOU TURNED HOW MANY JOBS 600,000.............WHERE DID THEY GO, B/C I DON'T SEE THEM IN THE EMPLOYMENT NUMBERS.  IF YOU CAN'T GRASP THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE TO ACCOUNT FOR HOW MUCH YOU SPEND IN COMPARISON TO HOW MUCH YOU EARN IN A BUDGET, THEN BABY YOU SHOULDN'T BE IN CHARGE OF AN ECONOMY........

LET ME GET YOU ON DOWN HERE WITH MY OLDEST NEPHEWS........GIVE YOU SOME ALLOWANCE MONEY TO WORK OUT, WITH YOUR FISCAL SANITY, HELL EVEN THE FOLK FROM CELEBRITY REHAB TELLING DR. DREW........don't let him around my money.

One vision has been championed by Republicans in the House of Representatives and embraced by several of their party’s presidential candidates.  It’s a plan that aims to reduce our deficit by $4 trillion over the next ten years, and one that addresses the challenge of Medicare and Medicaid in the years after that.

How many packs of cigarettes did you have to down to say tea party?  WE RUNNING IT......WE COMING.  THE TEA PARTY.  SAY IT AND STOP TRYING TO BAIT SOMEBODY INTO RUNNING.

REMEMBER WHAT WE LEARNED IN THE BOOK OF KAYNE, THIS IS THE BOOK OF HOPE AND CHANGE ALL YOU.  BARACK......WE GOT THE ALL OF THE LIGHTS ON, SO WE CAN LOOK DOWN AND SEE JUST HOW YOU GIVING IT TO US........DON'T DEFLECT ATTENTION, YOU LOVE ALL THEM SPOTLIGHTS, RIGHT?

Those are both worthy goals for us to achieve.  But the way this plan achieves those goals would lead to a fundamentally different America than the one we’ve known throughout most of our history.
REMEMBER, what you said in the first part of your speech.  You only referred to the new deal.  YOU ARE RIGHT THOUGH, THE RYAN PLAN WOULD LEAD TO FUNDAMENTALLY DIFFERENT AMERICA THAN THE ONE THAT WAS CORRUPTED IN THE SIXTIES WHEN FOLK LIKE AYERS, AND PELOSI GOT THEIR HIPPIE ON.

THIS PLAN WILL RESTORE POWER IN THE HANDS OF LEGAL AMERICAN CITIZENS AND SHUT DOWN THE CORRUPTION THAT EMPOWERS ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS IN THIS COUNTRY.
A 70% cut to clean energy.  A 25% cut in education.  A 30% cut in transportation.  Cuts in college Pell Grants that will grow to more than $1,000 per year.  That’s what they’re proposing.  These aren’t the kind of cuts you make when you’re trying to get rid of some waste or find extra savings in the budget.  These aren’t the kind of cuts that Republicans and Democrats on the Fiscal Commission proposed.  These are the kind of cuts that tell us we can’t afford the America we believe in.  And they paint a vision of our future that’s deeply pessimistic.
Hell yes, sorry.  It should be more, b/c if you got the balls to tell Brazil and Mexico they can work a gulf THAT BELONGS TO LEGAL AMERICANS........YOU NEED NOT BE WORRIED ABOUT CLEAN ENERGY BOO BOO.  YES, 25% CUT IN EDUCATION, NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND GOT TEACHERS AND SCHOOL SYSTEMS BY THE BALLS SO TIGHT, THE SUPERINTENDENTS SOUND LIKE SYLVESTER(still think about your music and impact rip).  the fiscal commission, THAT'S THE KIND OF CRAP THAT GOT US IN THE WHOLE.  WE HAVE A CONGRESS THAT HAS COMMITTEES, AND BUDGET FOLK.  WE DON'T NEED YOUR FLUNKIES.

WE CAN AFFORD THE AMERICA WE AS LEGAL AMERICAN CITIZENS THAT LOVE AND EMBRACE OUR JUDEO-CHRISTIAN INFLUENCED CULTURE BASED ON FREE MARKET PRINCIPLES......

WE CAN'T AFFORD THE AMERICA YOU TRYING TO PEDDLE SOME HOPE AND CHANGE TO.  IT AIN'T PESSIMISTIC. IT'S REALITY.  GROWN FOLK IN THE ROOM, NOT CHILDREN.  YOU CAN'T SPEND WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE.
It’s a vision that says if our roads crumble and our bridges collapse, we can’t afford to fix them.  If there are bright young Americans who have the drive and the will but not the money to go to college, we can’t afford to send them.  Go to China and you’ll see businesses opening research labs and solar facilities.  South Korean children are outpacing our kids in math and science.  Brazil is investing billions in new infrastructure and can run half their cars not on high-priced gasoline, but biofuels.  And yet, we are presented with a vision that says the United States of America – the greatest nation on Earth – can’t afford any of this.
IT'S A VISION THAT IF THE GOVERNMENT CAN'T FIX THEM, PRIVATE CITIZENS BECAUSE THEY VALUE THEIR COMMUNITY WILL.  IT IS BRIGHT AND INTELLIGENT LEGAL AMERICAN STUDENTS HERE, BUT YOU WANT THE DREAM ACT.  IT AIN'T OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SEND THEM TO SCHOOL, THAT'S ON PARENTS AND THEMSELVES.  I DON'T GIVE A RAT'S ASS ABOUT CHINA, WHEN THEIR BUILDING CODE IS THE EQUIVALENT TO MY MIDDLE NEPHEW'S LEGGO BUILDING TECHNIQUE, STRUCTURES THAT IN THE END JUST LIKE KAYNE SAID ALL FALL DOWN.  GO TO CHINA TO LEARN ABOUT CORRUPTION.  SOUTH KOREA AIN'T OUTPACING OUR CHILDREN IN MATH AND SCIENCE, THE MONEY THAT THE BLACK AMERICAN HAIR INDUSTRY IS PUTTING IN THEIR WALLETS IS...
BRAZIL SELLS CHILDREN AND TRANSVESTITES ON THE BEACH LEGALLY.  IT IS WHAT IT IS, DON'T LIE.  HIT RIO DE JANERIO OR SAN PAOLO AT NIGHT........THEM FOLK NOT DRIVING, THEY WALK.  WHEN ALL THE TOURISTS LIKE YOU ON OUR TAX DOLLARS GO HOME FOR THE NIGHT.

THIS AMERICA, WE DON'T WORRY ABOUT OTHER FOLK.  WE NUMBER ONE.  JUST B/C YOU USED TO BEING THE BACK OF SOMEBODY, DON'T MEAN WE ARE.
It’s a vision that says America can’t afford to keep the promise we’ve made to care for our seniors.  It says that ten years from now, if you’re a 65 year old who’s eligible for Medicare, you should have to pay nearly $6,400 more than you would today.  It says instead of guaranteed health care, you will get a voucher.  And if that voucher isn’t worth enough to buy insurance, tough luck – you’re on your own.  Put simply, it ends Medicare as we know it.
WHAT HAPPENED TO THE DAYS, WHEN OLDER PEOPLE SAID BABY, YOU LIVE YOUR LIFE AND DO WHAT'S BEST FOR YOU, I'VE LIVED MINE.  PAYING 6,400 MORE IS BETTER THAN NOT GETTING ENTITLEMENTS AT ALL, SAVE THE SOB STORY FOR THE HALLMARK CARD OR LIFETIME MOVIE.

BABY NEED SOME SHOES, MAMA NEED A HOUSE IS WHAT THE SONGS SAYS.  HELL, YEAH YOU ON YOUR OWN.  THAT'S THE MANTRA MY GENERATION HAS HAD TO LIVE BY FOR THE PAST FORTY YEARS........IF WE CAN ENDURE, SO CAN YOU.

PUT SIMPLY, IT IS GOING TO END. GET OVER IT.  AND BRING ALL THE THEY TOOK OUR CHECKS AWAY COMMERCIALS YOU WANT, I WILL COUNTER WITH ADS OF CORRUPTION AND FRAUD UNSEEN, AS DALLAS COUNTY, AS DUNCANVILLE POLICE THEY GOT A PREVIEW LAST WEEK.
This is a vision that says up to 50 million Americans have to lose their health insurance in order for us to reduce the deficit.  And who are those 50 million Americans?  Many are someone’s grandparents who wouldn’t be able afford nursing home care without Medicaid.  Many are poor children.  Some are middle-class families who have children with autism or Down’s syndrome.  Some are kids with disabilities so severe that they require 24-hour care.  These are the Americans we’d be telling to fend for themselves.

THAT'S THE AMERICAN WAY, HUSTLE, HUSTLE REAL HARD......AIN'T THAT HOW IT GO, MR. CARTER(WAYNE, NOT JIMMY).YOU THINK NONE OF THESE PROBLEMS DIDN'T EXIST BEFORE THE NEW DEAL, WE MADE DO.  WE AMERICANS WE ALWAYS DO.

Worst of all, this is a vision that says even though America can’t afford to invest in education or clean energy; even though we can’t afford to care for seniors and poor children, we can somehow afford more than $1 trillion in new tax breaks for the wealthy.  Think about it.  In the last decade, the average income of the bottom 90% of all working Americans actually declined.  The top 1% saw their income rise by an average of more than a quarter of a million dollars each.  And that’s who needs to pay less taxes?  They want to give people like me a two hundred thousand dollar tax cut that’s paid for by asking thirty three seniors to each pay six thousand dollars more in health costs?   That’s not right, and it’s not going to happen as long as I’m President.
WE NOT GOING TO BE JAPAN, B/C OF YOUR NUCLEAR WET DREAM.  YES, WE CAN AFFORD THE TAX BREAKS FOR THE WEALTHY, SINCE YOU PUT SO MANY OUT OF WORK, WHO YOU THINK KEEPING THEM FOOD BANKS OPEN, WHO YOU THINK KEEPING US AFLOAT BEFORE WE COME UP TO THE WHITE HOUSE AND GIVE YOU SOME HOPE AND CHANGE YOU AND ARETHA (glad to see you doing better, THE REAL ROYALTY OF R&B) can feel.  HELL YES, THEY NEED TO PAY LESS TAXES, B/C THEY PAY MORE FOR CHARITIES, ENDOWMENTS, AND EVEN CAMPAIGN FUNDRAISERS( i know........my big sister michelle let me see her numbers compared to your donors like soros).

BABY, THANK YOU.  YOU CAN'T DO IT, WON'T DO IT.  LET ME HURRY UP, PATRIOTS Y'ALL HEARD, OBAMA CAN'T DO HIS JOB. DONALD TRUMP, I WILL PERSONALLY GROW SOME MEDICINAL MARIJUANA YOU CAN POP FOR A BILL A GRAM IF YOU CAN FIND THIS DUDE'S LONG FORM.  HE SAY HE CAN'T DO IT NO MORE, LET'S GET HIS APPRENTICE ON.....

WE'LL LET YOU TELL HIM HE'S FIRED ON PRIMETIME.
The fact is, their vision is less about reducing the deficit than it is about changing the basic social compact in America.  As Ronald Reagan’s own budget director said, there’s nothing “serious” or “courageous” about this plan.  There’s nothing serious about a plan that claims to reduce the deficit by spending a trillion dollars on tax cuts for millionaires and billionaires.  There’s nothing courageous about asking for sacrifice from those who can least afford it and don’t have any clout on Capitol Hill.  And this is not a vision of the America I know.
Ronnie ain't here.......IT IS SOMETHING SERIOUS ABOUT THIS PLAN, JUST B/C YOU DON'T LIKE IT.  NFL PLAYERS GIVE THEIR BODIES, AND FOR THE BILLIONS AND MILLIONS YOU THINK THEY MAKE, IS IT WORTH IT WHEN AT 45 THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR OWN NAMES.....THEY WILL DEPEND ON THE PRIVATE SECTOR THEIR BROTHERS AND SISTERS TO HELP AS THEY SHOULD.
IT AIN'T GOTTA BE COURAGOUES TO TELL SOME FOLK YOU GIVING SOMETHING TO YOU AIN'T GOT IT NO MORE.  IT'S CALLED BEING AN ADULT.  AND WHILE IT MAY NOT HAVE CLOUT WITH YOU BOO BOO, YOU SEEN YOUR APPROVAL NUMBERS LATELY?  SOMEBODY LIKES IT, AND  NOT JUST MIKEY FROM THE LIFE COMMERCIAL.

WE all know your vision, the robin hood analogy during your campaign speeches, pretty much summed it up.  We don't rob over here, boo boo, we earn.
The America I know is generous and compassionate; a land of opportunity and optimism.  We take responsibility for ourselves and each other; for the country we want and the future we share.  We are the nation that built a railroad across a continent and brought light to communities shrouded in darkness.  We sent a generation to college on the GI bill and saved millions of seniors from poverty with Social Security and Medicare.  We have led the world in scientific research and technological breakthroughs that have transformed millions of lives.
Yes, this is how you should know, Obama is truly off of the boat, he sounds like the brochure.  A country who made industries off of slaves and minorities.......Baby, we ruthless people like danny devito and beth midler.  We take responsiblity OF OUR OWN, WE WERE A COUNTRY BEFORE RAILROADS AND FRANKLY WE HAVE ENOUGH UNEMPLOYED FELONS TO BUILD A ROAD TO THE MOON IF NECESSARY, WE DON'T NEED NO ILLEGAL FOR THAT.  I'M GREEK, BABY ZETAPHIBETA STARTED IN 1920 SHOWING YOU THAT THERE WAS A TIME WE DIDN'T NEED GI BILLS TO SEND FOLK TO SCHOOL.  WE saved millions of seniors through charity and kindness before the new deal.

sorry, none of you and yours were here to attest to that.....that's on you.  Didn't they show you films in Jakarta, or Hawaii?

This is who we are.  This is the America I know.  We don’t have to choose between a future of spiraling debt and one where we forfeit investments in our people and our country.  To meet our fiscal challenge, we will need to make reforms.  We will all need to make sacrifices.  But we do not have to sacrifice the America we believe in.  And as long as I’m President, we won’t.
NO BABY BOY, THAT'S WHO  YOU ARE, THAT'S THE AMERICA YOU WANT TO KNOW AND IT IS NOT YOUR ROLE AS POTUS TO CHANGE IT.  YOU ARE HIRED TO ENFORCE RULES, THE ONES YOU WANT, THE ONES YOU CAN'T STAND.  STOP MAKING IT COMPLICATED.  WE DON'T HAVE TO CHOOSE BETWEEN DEBT AND INVESTMENTS....YOU RIGHT.

WE ARE MAKING THE CHOICE TO PUT LEGAL AMERICAN CITIZENS THAT LOVE OUR WAY OF LIFE FIRST, THOSE LEGAL AMERICAN CITIZENS WHO DON'T LOVE OUR WAY OF LIFE SECOND, AND SENDING ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS HOME.  WE AIN'T SACRIFICING THE AMERICA WE BELIEVE IN, THE ONLY PERSON APOLOGIZING FOR OUR EXISTENCE IS YOU.

AND IF YOU CAN'T DO YOUR JOB, BOO BOO, WE CAN HAVE YOU OUT AND BACK TO YOUR HOME COUNTRY BY NIGHTFALL. YOU, MICHELLE, THE KIDS AND DOGS.

Today, I’m proposing a more balanced approach to achieve $4 trillion in deficit reduction over twelve years.  It’s an approach that borrows from the recommendations of the bipartisan Fiscal Commission I appointed last year, and builds on the roughly $1 trillion in deficit reduction I already proposed in my 2012 budget.  It’s an approach that puts every kind of spending on the table, but one that protects the middle-class, our promise to seniors, and our investments in the future.
AIN'T ENOUGH WHEN YOU SPENT 7 TRILLION IN TWO YEARS, THE FISCAL COMMISSION IS PART OF THE PROBLEM, WE PAY CONGRESS FOR THAT.  WE ALL AMERICANS, WE HURTING AS A COUNTRY AND WE ALL GOTTA SUFFER, MIDDLE-CLASS, SENIORS AND ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS YOU CALL INVESTMENTS.  GROW UP, BOO BOO THIS THE REAL WORLD, NOT COMMUNITY 101.

The first step in our approach is to keep annual domestic spending low by building on the savings that both parties agreed to last week – a step that will save us about $750 billion over twelve years.  We will make the tough cuts necessary to achieve these savings, including in programs I care about, but I will not sacrifice the core investments we need to grow and create jobs.  We’ll invest in medical research and clean energy technology.  We’ll invest in new roads and airports and broadband access.  We will invest in education and job training.  We will do what we need to compete and we will win the future.
THAT STEP LAST WEEK  WAS SOME BULL.  YOU KNOW IT AND I KNOW IT.  WE JUST FLINCHED SO THAT THIS TIME WHEN THE DEAL DON'T PASS TOMORROW, TROOPS CAN BE PAID AND WE WILL DIE BEFORE WE LET YOU TAKE GUNS OUT OF OUR HANDS.  THIS NOT ABOUT YOU, BOO BOO, YOU REPRESENT THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE.  WE AIN'T PAYING FOR OBAMACARE, NO CLEAN ENERGY, NO INTERNET ACCESS PROVIDING FREE PORN FOR THE WORLD,  WE WILL COMPETE AND WIN THE FUTURE BECAUSE WE ARE GETTING RID OF HOPE AND CHANGE TODAY.
The second step in our approach is to find additional savings in our defense budget.  As Commander-in-Chief, I have no greater responsibility than protecting our national security, and I will never accept cuts that compromise our ability to defend our homeland or America’s interests around the world.  But as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, Admiral Mullen, has said, the greatest long-term threat to America’s national security is America’s debt.
AT LEAST THE ONE SCHOOL DOCUMENT WE CAN FIND ON YOU IS ON POINT.  YOU NOT CUTTING OUR MILITARY.  GET OVER......ADMIRAL MULLEN IT AIN'T YOUR FAULT, BUT WHEN TERRORISTS AND THE ENEMIES ARE SENDING BULLETS, MISSILES, AND KILLAHS YOUR WAY, YOU AIN'T USING THE REPORT FROM THE FISCAL COMMISSION TO FIGHT BACK.....
STOP BSING, BARACK, ADMIRAL MULLEN CAN BE GONE TO.  YOUR GOAL IN COLLEGE WAS TO DISARM AMERICA, AND YOU WON'T USE THIS BUDGET CRAP TO DO IT. WE'LL BOTH BE DEAD FIRST....
Just as we must find more savings in domestic programs, we must do the same in defense.   Over the last two years, Secretary Gates has courageously taken on wasteful spending, saving $400 billion in current and future spending.  I believe we can do that again.  We need to not only eliminate waste and improve efficiency and effectiveness, but conduct a fundamental review of America’s missions, capabilities, and our role in a changing world.  I intend to work with Secretary Gates and the Joint Chiefs on this review, and I will make specific decisions about spending after it’s complete.
WON'T TALK ABOUT FRAUD, NO IMMIGRATION WORKPLACE RAIDS, NOT YOUR WIFE KEEPING HER BUTT AT HOME. NAH.........

BOEHNER, BOEHNER..........YOU ALREADY CUT OUR DEFENSES ONCE AND I GAVE YOU TH E PASS TO DO IT, BUT IT WON'T BE TOLERATED AGAIN.  HE WILL NOT DISARM US, OBAMA AND EVERYONE ELSE IN BETWEEN THAT COMES UP WITH THIS CUT THE MILITARY CRAP AGAIN WILL BE MEETING UP IN THAT UPPER ROOM FIRST.
The third step in our approach is to further reduce health care spending in our budget.  Here, the difference with the House Republican plan could not be clearer:  their plan lowers the government’s health care bills by asking seniors and poor families to pay them instead.  Our approach lowers the government’s health care bills by reducing the cost of health care itself.
THAT'S WHAT GROWN FOLK DO, BEING OLD OR POOR DON'T ABSOLVE YOUR FROM THAT #THEAMERICANWAY.

Already, the reforms we passed in the health care law will reduce our deficit by $1 trillion.  My approach would build on these reforms.  We will reduce wasteful subsidies and erroneous payments.  We will cut spending on prescription drugs by using Medicare’s purchasing power to drive greater efficiency and speed generic brands of medicine onto the market.  We will work with governors of both parties to demand more efficiency and accountability from Medicaid.  We will change the way we pay for health care – not by procedure or the number of days spent in a hospital, but with new incentives for doctors and hospitals to prevent injuries and improve results.  And we will slow the growth of Medicare costs by strengthening an independent commission of doctors, nurses, medical experts and consumers who will look at all the evidence and recommend the best ways to reduce unnecessary spending while protecting access to the services seniors need.
BUT YOU WON'T INVESTIAGE FRAUD, YOU CAN'T DEMAND NOTHING FROM GOVERNOR'S, YOU LOVE LINCOLN, LOOK UP STATES RIGHT.  WE NOT PAYING FOR OBAMACARE.  SO LET ME  MOVE ON.............WE WILL DEFUND OBAMACARE IN ANY DEAL TO BORROW MONEY. THAT'S OVER, JUST LIKE STEVE HARVEY'S HAIRLINE.
Now, we believe the reforms we’ve proposed to strengthen Medicare and Medicaid will enable us to keep these commitments to our citizens while saving us $500 billion by 2023, and an additional one trillion dollars in the decade after that.  And if we’re wrong, and Medicare costs rise faster than we expect, this approach will give the independent commission the authority to make additional savings by further improving Medicare.
THE WAY OUR SYSTEM IS SET UP, NOTHING INVOLVING MONEY IS INDEPENDENT, NO MORE CIRCUMVENTING CONGRESS FOR OBAMACARE NO MORE.
But let me be absolutely clear:  I will preserve these health care programs as a promise we make to each other in this society.  I will not allow Medicare to become a voucher program that leaves seniors at the mercy of the insurance industry, with a shrinking benefit to pay for rising costs.  I will not tell families with children who have disabilities that they have to fend for themselves.  We will reform these programs, but we will not abandon the fundamental commitment this country has kept for generations.
BE CLEAR ON THIS, WE AIN'T PAYING FOR IT.  WE AIN'T PAYING FOR CHILDREN THAT YOUR TEAM OF ALL PEOPLE DOG PALIN'S BABY FOR THE SAME SITUATION, WE AIN'T PAYING FOR IT. IF YOU AIN'T STRONG ENOUGH TO SAY NO, THEN HONEST ENOUGH TO STEP ASIDE.........

BE CLEAR ON THAT ONE.
That includes, by the way, our commitment to Social Security.  While Social Security is not the cause of our deficit, it faces real long-term challenges in a country that is growing older.  As I said in the State of the Union, both parties should work together now to strengthen Social Security for future generations.  But we must do it without putting at risk current retirees, the most vulnerable, or people with disabilities; without slashing benefits for future generations; and without subjecting Americans’ guaranteed retirement income to the whims of the stock market.
SOCIAL SECURITY GONE TO. SORRY SENIORS, YOU ALL HELP VOTE THIS HOPE AND CHANGE IN, SORRY IT WASN'T THE HOPE AND CHANGE YOU WANTED. WE GOTTA EAT, IT'S OUR TURN.
The fourth step in our approach is to reduce spending in the tax code.  In December, I agreed to extend the tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans because it was the only way I could prevent a tax hike on middle-class Americans.  But we cannot afford $1 trillion worth of tax cuts for every millionaire and billionaire in our society.  And I refuse to renew them again.
UNTIL YOU CAN GET YOUR CABINET AND FEDERAL EMPLOYEES TO PAY TAXES, ACT LIKE  DW CARTER CHAMPIONSHIP IN 1988, THIS CONVERSATION NEVER EXISTED.....

YOU DIDN'T HAVE A CHOICE THEN, AND YOU NOT KNOW.  YOU AIN'T LEGAL, AND YOU CAN'T AFFORD WHEN DONALD WILL FIND THAT LONG FORM AND HE WILL.  FOLK LIKE ME ARE GOING TO GIVE HIM ALL THE HELP AND HAIR SPRAY HE NEEDS( had to get you a little Mr. Trump it's all good)
Beyond that, the tax code is also loaded up with spending on things like itemized deductions.  And while I agree with the goals of many of these deductions, like homeownership or charitable giving, we cannot ignore the fact that they provide millionaires an average tax break of $75,000 while doing nothing for the typical middle-class family that doesn’t itemize.
when your people including the treasury secretary over the IRS, pay taxes then you can say something, otherwise play like your golf game..........and move on.  those millionaires hire people, employ people, something that you can't grasp.
My budget calls for limiting itemized deductions for the wealthiest 2% of Americans – a reform that would reduce the deficit by $320 billion over ten years.  But to reduce the deficit, I believe we should go further.  That’s why I’m calling on Congress to reform our individual tax code so that it is fair and simple – so that the amount of taxes you pay isn’t determined by what kind of accountant you can afford.  I believe reform should protect the middle class, promote economic growth, and build on the Fiscal Commission’s model of reducing tax expenditures so that there is enough savings to both lower rates and lower the deficit.  And as I called for in the State of the Union, we should reform our corporate tax code as well, to make our businesses and our economy more competitive.
We will not punish economic success in this country, we will punish fraud.  We all important, just not the middle class barack, george soros, and the rest of the hollywood elite not, so why don't you hate on them, like you hate on the rest of the rich.  WE NOT LETTING YOU NEAR OUR TAX CODE IF WE CAN'T GET YOUR LONG FORM.
This is my approach to reduce the deficit by $4 trillion over the next twelve years.  It’s an approach that achieves about $2 trillion in spending cuts across the budget.  It will lower our interest payments on the debt by $1 trillion. It calls for tax reform to cut about $1 trillion in spending from the tax code.  And it achieves these goals while protecting the middle class, our commitment to seniors, and our investments in the future.
TWO TRILLION AIN'T NOTHING, WE ARE 15 TRILLION IN THE HOLE, YOU CAN'T PROTECT THE MIDDLE CLASS, NOR SENIORS, NOR THE "INVESTMENTS" WE CALL ILLEGAL ALIENS AT THE EXPENSE OF THOSE WHO FUND YOUR TRIPS TO MARTHA VINEYARDS.  THE ECONOMY IS TOO FRAGILE RIGHT?
In the coming years, if the recovery speeds up and our economy grows faster than our current projections, we can make even greater progress than I have pledged here.  But just to hold Washington – and me – accountable and make sure that the debt burden continues to decline, my plan includes a debt failsafe.  If, by 2014, our debt is not projected to fall as a share of the economy – or if Congress has failed to act – my plan will require us to come together and make up the additional savings with more spending cuts and more spending reductions in the tax code.  That should be an incentive for us to act boldly now, instead of kicking our problems further down the road.
THAT WAS THE WHOLE POINT OF YOUR CAMPAIGN AND FROM DON'T ASK DON'T TELL, TO HAVING ACCOUNTABLITY IN HEALTH CARE REFORM INSTEAD OF BACK ROOM DEALS, INSTEAD OF TRANSPARENCY WITH YOUR LONG FORM, YOU PUSH THOSE ISSUES IN THE CLOSET, AND FIND EVERY WAY POSSIBLE TO MENTION, BUSH, RACE OR CLASS IN YOUR SPEECH.
So this is our vision for America – a vision where we live within our means while still investing in our future; where everyone makes sacrifices but no one bears all the burden; where we provide a basic measure of security for our citizens and rising opportunity for our children.
CAN'T BE OUR VISION, B/C ALL WE HAVE BEEN ASKING YOU TO DO SINCE DAY ONE IS NOT SPEND WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE.  SOMETIMES, THE BURDENS ARE UNEVEN.  WE DON'T NEED THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO PROVIDE A BASIC MEASURE OF SECURITY, THE HOODS IN THE COMMUNITY DO THAT, WEREN'T YOU AN ORGANIZER ON THE SOUTHSIDE.
Of course, there will be those who disagree with my approach.  Some will argue we shouldn’t even consider raising taxes, even if only on the wealthiest Americans.  It’s just an article of faith for them.  I say that at a time when the tax burden on the wealthy is at its lowest level in half a century, the most fortunate among us can afford to pay a little more.  I don’t need another tax cut.  Warren Buffett doesn’t need another tax cut.  Not if we have to pay for it by making seniors pay more for Medicare.  Or by cutting kids from Head Start.  Or by taking away college scholarships that I wouldn’t be here without.  That some of you wouldn’t be here without.  And I believe that most wealthy Americans would agree with me.  They want to give back to the country that’s done so much for them.  Washington just hasn’t asked them to.
BABY, IT'S NOT AN ARTICLE OF FAITH TO ME, WHO ARE YOU TO QUESTION MY MOTIVES.....ONCE AGAIN, YOU DISRESPECTFUL BY DEFAULT, YOU DON'T KNOW ANY BETTER I GUESS.  SCREW WARREN BUFFETT HE IS ONLY ONE MAN, YEAH SENIORS GOTTA PAY MORE, I DO.  I GOT A HEALTH ISSUE, I GOTTA PAY, THAT'S LIFE, THAT'S WHERE WE WORK HARD AND TRY TO STAY ON COMPANIES LIKE AIG AND LEHMAN BROTHERS SO OUR PENSIONS WILL BE INTACT.

IT WAS LIFE BEFORE HEAD START, IF CUTTING SCHOLARSHIPS MEANS FOLK LIKE YOU CAN'T COME UP, SOME BE IT.  NOT ABOUT WEALTHY, BARACK.  IT IS ABOUT WHAT'S RIGHT.

YOU BLEW OUR MONEY.  YOU TOOK A 7 TRILLION DOLLAR DEFICIT AND TURNED INTO 15 TRILLION WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT.
Others will say that we shouldn’t even talk about cutting spending until the economy is fully recovered.  I’m sympathetic to this view, which is one of the reasons I supported the payroll tax cuts we passed in December.  It’s also why we have to use a scalpel and not a machete to reduce the deficit – so that we can keep making the investments that create jobs.  But doing nothing on the deficit is just not an option.  Our debt has grown so large that we could do real damage to the economy if we don’t begin a process now to get our fiscal house in order.
WE AIN'T USING A SCAPEL NOR A MACHETE, WE GOT A CHAINSAW TO CUT DOWN THE TREES AND ROOTS OF CORRUPTION THAT EVEN HAS YOUR UNQUALIFIED SELF IN THAT OFFICE.  WE CAN'T GET OUR FISCAL HOUSE IN ORDER WITH A RAT AT THE DOOR WAY.
Finally, there are those who believe we shouldn’t make any reforms to Medicare, Medicaid, or Social Security out of a fear that any talk of change to these programs will usher in the sort of radical steps that House Republicans have proposed.  I understand these fears.  But I guarantee that if we don’t make any changes at all, we won’t be able to keep our commitments to a retiring generation that will live longer and face higher health care costs than those who came before.
DON'T REALLY MATTER DOES IT, B/C MY GENERTATION IS PAYING, SO IT IS OUR SAY, OUR WAY.  THE RETIRING GENERATION DIDN'T KEEP THEIR PROMISE TO US, BY ENSURING AND ENFORCING IMMIGRATION LAWS AND ETHICAL VIOLATIONS AND OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS FOR THE SAKE OF HUMAN RIGHTS. SO THEY STUCK UP THE CREEK LIKE THE REST OF US.
Indeed, to those in my own party, I say that if we truly believe in a progressive vision of our society, we have the obligation to prove that we can afford our commitments.  If we believe that government can make a difference in people’s lives, we have the obligation to prove that it works – by making government smarter, leaner and more effective.
PLEASE. PROGRESSIVESS....HAVEN'T YOU LEARNED THAT BARACK WILL STAB YOU GUYS IN THE BACK FIRST, IT'S NOT LIKE THERE ARE ANY OTHER JOB OPENINGS OUT THERE FOR HIM THAT WILL ALLOW HIM TO FREELOAD ON TAX PAYER $.
Of course, there are those who will simply say that there’s no way we can come together and agree on a solution to this challenge.  They’ll say the politics of this city are just too broken; that the choices are just too hard; that the parties are just too far apart.  And after a few years in this job, I certainly have some sympathy for this view.
IS THAT WHY YOU TRYING TO RUN US LIKE A DICTATORSHIP, SEE THIS AMERICA, BOO BOO.........THE CONSTITUTION INSTRUCTS US TO CLEAN HOUSE IF WE DEEM ALL FORMS OF GOVERNMENT CORRUPT AND IF BOEHNER DON'T STAND STRONG THIS TIME AND SHOW YOU ALL THAT WE MEAN BUSINESS AND NO DEAL WITHOUT ENTITLEMENT REFORM AND WORKPLACE RAIDS AT THE LEAST........YOU ARE GOING TO GET A VERY VISCERAL INTERPRETATION OF OUR SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS, SOONER THAN LATER.
But I also know that we’ve come together and met big challenges before.  Ronald Reagan and Tip O’Neill came together to save Social Security for future generations.  The first President Bush and a Democratic Congress came together to reduce the deficit.  President Clinton and a Republican Congress battled each other ferociously and still found a way to balance the budget.  In the last few months, both parties have come together to pass historic tax relief and spending cuts.  And I know there are Republicans and Democrats in Congress who want to see a balanced approach to deficit reduction.
YOU AIN'T RONNIE, YOU AIN'T TIP. YOU AIN'T BUSH, YOU AIN'T CLINTON, YOU AIN'T NEWT.  CAN YOU HAVE ONE SPEECH IN YOUR LIFETIME WITHOUT POINTING THE FINGER AT OTHERS.......YOU KNOW WHEN YOU DO, YOU POINT FOUR OTHERS AT YOURSELF?
I believe we can and must come together again.  This morning, I met with Democratic and Republican leaders in Congress to discuss the approach I laid out today.  And in early May, the Vice President will begin regular meetings with leaders in both parties with the aim of reaching a final agreement on a plan to reduce the deficit by the end of June.
WAKE JOE BIDEN, UP B/C I AM NOT SURE IF HE HEARD THAT PART.  IF THIS IS THE BEST, BARACK IS GOING TO DO, BIG SISTER M.  BIG BROTHER P(pence), SHUT IT DOWN AND VOTE DOWN THE DEAL.  GET READY, LOAD YOUR CLIPS UP AND LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE.  B/C THIS DUDE IS JUST LIKE A HERPES OUTBREAK AFTER OUTBREAK NOTHING EVER CHANGES....
I don’t expect the details in any final agreement to look exactly like the approach I laid out today.  I’m eager to hear other ideas from all ends of the political spectrum.  And though I’m sure the criticism of what I’ve said here today will be fierce in some quarters, and my critique of the House Republican approach has been strong, Americans deserve and will demand that we all bridge our differences, and find common ground.
FINALLY, SOME SEMBLANCE OF SANITY IS KICKING IN.  YOU ALL READY KNOW I WAS GOING TO GET INTO YOU......AMERICANS DEMAND THAT LAWS ARE FOLLOWED, WE ENJOY AND CELEBRATE OUR DIFFERENCES, THAT'S YOU WITH THE PROBLEM.
This larger debate we’re having, about the size and role of government, has been with us since our founding days.  And during moments of great challenge and change, like the one we’re living through now, the debate gets sharper and more vigorous.  That’s a good thing.  As a country that prizes both our individual freedom and our obligations to one another, this is one of the most important debates we can have.
IN THE WORDS OF JOE CLARK, I AIN'T GOTTA DO NOTHING BUT STAY BLACK(AMERICAN I REALLY MEAN, WORK WITH THE SARCASM) AND DIE.  I DON'T HAVE ANY CHILDREN, I WILL TAKE CARE OF MY PARENTS, MY TEAM, BUT I DON'T OWE ANYONE ELSE ANYTHING.
But no matter what we argue or where we stand, we’ve always held certain beliefs as Americans.  We believe that in order to preserve our own freedoms and pursue our own happiness, we can’t just think about ourselves.  We have to think about the country that made those liberties possible.  We have to think about our fellow citizens with whom we share a community.  And we have to think about what’s required to preserve the American Dream for future generations.

WE CAN JUST THINK ABOUT OURSELVES, IT IS IN OUR OWN INDIVIDUAL PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS THE GROUP MANIFESTATION OF PROPSERITY RUNS ABOUT OUR NATION.  WE DON'T HAVE TO THINK ABOUT THE COUNTRY THAT MADE THIS POSSIBLE.  SOME OF US HAVE BEEN OVER HERE FROM DAY ONE, IT IS THE BLOOD, SWEAT AND TEARS OF OUR PEOPLE THAT MADE YOUR EXISTENCE OVER HERE POSSIBLE.  THINK ABOUT THIS.

THIS AIN'T AFRICA, IT DON'T TAKE A COMMUNITY NOR A VILLAGE TO RAISE A CHILD.  JUST SOME PARENTS THAT GIVE A DAMN......

WITH THE DEBT YOU PUT ON OUR CHILDREN, BE GLAD I AM NOT IN THE ROOM WITH YOU....BE GLAD THAT IT WON'T BE ME ACROSS FROM THAT DEBATE TABLE.  I COULDN'T LET YOU DISRESPECT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WITH THAT TRASH.  YOU OLDER THAN ME, PROBABLY STRONGER THAN ME, BUT POWERED BY THE CONCEPTS OF FAITH, FREEDOM AND FELLOWSHIP.........GOD HELP ME, THERE WOULDN'T BE A SWTICH BIG ENOUGH TO GET YOU B/C WHEN YOU ACT LIKE A CHILD, YOU NEED TO BE TREATED LIKE ONE AND WE WELL BEYOND A TIME OUT.
This sense of responsibility – to each other and to our country – this isn’t a partisan feeling.  It isn’t a Democratic or Republican idea.  It’s patriotism.
NO, THAT AIN'T PATRIOTISM........PATRIOTISM IS STANDING UP FOR YOUR COUNTRY AND THE WAY OF LIFE WE HAVE.  THAT BULL YOU CALL HOPE AND CHANGE IS JUST A HANDOUT WITH A PRETTY PAMPHLET.
The other day I received a letter from a man in Florida.  He started off by telling me he didn’t vote for me and he hasn’t always agreed with me.  But even though he’s worried about our economy and the state of our politics, he said,
FLAVA FLAV WILL WIN FLORIDA BEFORE YOU DO, THE ONLY REASON YOU GOT IT LAST TIME IS BECAUSE HILLARY CLINTON RENIGGED.......YOU LOST FLORIDA AND MICHIGAN AND YOU WILL AGAIN.
“I still believe.  I believe in that great country that my grandfather told me about.   I believe that somewhere lost in this quagmire of petty bickering on every news station, the ‘American Dream’ is still alive…

We need to use our dollars here rebuilding, refurbishing and restoring all that our ancestors struggled to create and maintain…We as a people must do this together, no matter the color of the state one comes from or the side of the aisle one might sit on.”

I still believe as well.  And I know that if we can come together, and uphold our responsibilities to one another and to this larger enterprise that is America, we will keep the dream of our founding alive in our time, and pass on to our children the country we believe in.  Thank you, God bless you, and may God bless the United States of America.
ALTHOUGH THAT WAS POETIC, THE FACT THAT HE WROTE YOU AND DIDN'T VOTE FOR YOU IS PRETTY MUCH SAYING THE SAME THING WE ARE:

THIS IS THE BOOK OF HOPE AND CHANGE, ALL OBAMA ALL DAY.

IT AIN'T WORKING AND WE WILL SHOW HOPE AND CHANGE FOR THE SCAM IT IS.

WE AIN'T NO ENTERPRISE, WE ARE THE GREATEST CIVILIZATION OF MANKIND.  OUR RESPONSIBLITIES LIE IN HANDLING OUR OWN BUSINESS AND TRUSTING THE NEXT MAN OR WOMAN TO DO THE SAME.

THIS AIN'T NO COMMUNE.  THIS AMERICA.

AND IF YOU CAN'T DEAL WITH IT, IF YOU CAN'T LEAD THROUGH IT, TAKE YOU, YOURS, ALL THE HOPE AND CHANGE AND GO SOMEWHERE WHERE Y'ALL CAN LIVE LIKE THAT.

B/C IT AIN'T HERE.

WE'LL BE BACK TOMORROW.
