The Change (Chapter 6)

Hello America,

I am sorry that I didn't write yesterday...

Had some personal issues to address...

As this supposed fiscal cliff approaches, I look at the average citizen...

It's ironic that these politicians speak about being there for the people to prevent disaster, but for most citizens many have already lost their wealth.  This nation under President Obama the first term lost 40% of its wealth... That's close to half.

I think as most of us struggle to pay all our bills... especially parents as I find myself frustrated with my own personal endeavors because I have three nephews who always need something or another.. have reached a point of fiscal apathy with Congress and the President.

I think that it is apparent to everyone outside of DC as Pelosi tries to get back into power, and Durbin once again asks us to kick entitlement reform down the road and Rep. Cole panics... that nothing substantive is going to get done.

I think we are at a point now, where we really don't want anything to get done.

The point of it is with leverage as Obama signs environmental waivers in secret... even though he can't run for office anymore... is that

With the looming taxes on the 1% of job creators that represent 40% of jobs in addition to the taxes on the investment funds that it takes to invest in all any business, but most importantly small business.. it will crush this economy and that's precisely what Obama wants..

The problem in the push to socialism is that it won't crush everyone...

There are too many people in this system that know how to make a dollar regardless of the economic climate and you can never control that.

If we measured unemployment numbers by the standards that they did during the great depression we would have surpassed the great depression, last year.....

I think the only people who think that the current way is working are politicians on the hill, because they are driven by re-election and lobbyist fees....

I looked at the Mavericks game last night.... They lost not necessarily to a better team, but a team with more passion, a team that didn't give a damn.  I counted 20 points lost to plays where players were not careful with the ball, as if the other team is not supposed to try to steal it and let the Mavs just do their thing with no contention.

In the midst of their storm, the Mavericks are wanting to have results without accountability...

Just like Obama does.

He is President and he can pound his chest on that all day, kick it Beyonce, make rhymes about it with Jay Z, but when it comes to the bottom line of having to sacrifice his personal bull for the sake of the country as the buck stops with him...

Just like the Mavericks, he is looking for everyone else to do what he needs to do.

In the text that Pastor Eddie L. Jenkins spoke from of my home church of Good Street Baptist Church in Dallas,

he spoke of a storm...

In the midst of the storm, Jesus rebuked the disciples because if anyone should have known better.....

THEY SHOULD HAVE.........

If anyone should have had faith,

THEY SHOULD HAVE........

If anyone should have to get over his ego and personal party bull, it should be the President.

If anyone should know the power of teamwork and hard work, it should be the Mavs.....

If anyone should know that more than anyone, the impact of the world's richest nation losing 40% of its wealth in four years... makes us as citizens acutely aware of what's at stake and our opinion is not based in racism or hate, it should be Speaker Boehner....

But like Jesus the Savior felt.....

All these folks fell short and we have to save ourselves....

God read this post before I typed it....

And he asked "what are you and the people going to do? You all can't calm the seas like my son, you can't feed thousands from a couple of loaves of bread..."

I smirked and finished my shot of inoncente platinum....

And simply said...

My God, love, we've been here before, we've seen poverty
These our streets aint going to let up, don't need Boehner to believe
we ain't mad at we've got to go through, we know this tussle
Don't need Obama to Roc a Wear, to stop this hustle

My Faith ain't never small that's because you saved me from prison bars
I jump cliffs with no fear, suicide bombing prayers because I know you always there
See everybody has a season and I know that this one is mines
Cuz it's your people, you nation, that I give my all for  ( so I just gotta...)

[Chorus:]
Go get it, Go Get it, Go get it, Go get it, Go get it
Go get ,my blessing
Go get it, Go get it, Go get it, Go get it, Go get it, Go get it
It's my time, it's my time, it's our time, it's our time

Go get it (Jumping off the Fiscal Cliff Yell)

And God smirked and said "Well, I can't mess with that... Go get it..."

My point is Speaker Boehner is that I don't care about you getting Cantor to reinforce the bull that is coming out of your mouth right now...

If Cantor is cool with it, then we'll just push Bachmann in b/c for the bull you are going to pull the people will be receptive..

My point is that Instead of getting my car fixed, I am getting my concealed weapons license b/c Obama won't use my tax dollars via homeland security to take or seize what's mine.

My point is that we as a nation, not budging, we digging in...

And we are going to get our blessings, by getting rid of anyone that doesn't cut before tax on the left or the right...

And if we gotta start off making Harry Reid and John Boehner examples... in addition to Obama, Rice and Clinton b/c Benghazi is never forgotten...

So be it...

Thanks Mary Mary ;)

We in the midst of the storm, we don't panic, we walk in the rain.. and walk on water knowing Jesus has already stilled the waters.
This is our time, now....

Mavericks, play like you give a damn, you'll win like you give a damn.. Don't fuss w each other, talk...
